Is Philips Garage open?


Yes! Our garage is open however we have introduced some changes to ensure and maintain safety.




Do I need to make an appointment to attend the Philips Garage?


Yes! In order to protect customers and staff while maintaining social distancing we need to manage the number of people on site - as well as making some changes to our usual processes. Please contact us to make an appointment, our team will confirm your appointment by telephone or email in advance. Quite importantly and for everyone's safety, please do not visit our workshop if you or anyone in your househole is displaying symptoms of Covid-19 or is self isolating.




Is it safe to visit Philips Garage?


Yes! We have made a number of changes to our usual processes to ensure everyone stays as safe as possible. Our team will advise you where to park, what to do and anything else that you should be aware of during your workshop visit.




Can I bring friends or family with me to drop off or collect my car?


If it is essential for your to be accompanied to your appointment at our workshop that is absolutely okay, we do ask that there is a maximum of two people per household in attendance for the safety and convenience of staff and other customers. We do appreciate your cooperation and consideration.




Is Covid-19 going to delay my vehicle repairs?


Whilst we are open and fully operational, some of our supply continues to be distrupted while restrictions are in place. Our team will discuss any potential delays with you and make any necessary arrangements on your behalf.




What precautions do you have in place to protect against the spread of Covid-19?


We have made a number of changes to our usual processes to ensure everyone stays as safe as possible. Please be mindful to make a timed appointment in advance of your attendance and ensure that you do not attend the workshop if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19 or is self isolating. We have regulated parking onsite and no longer permit anyone in the reception, all communications are conducted at the window of reception. No one is permitted acces to the workshop where our technicians are working. We have increased cleaning regimens and carry out rigorous hygiene checks and where necessary cleaning of vehicles. We continue to accept cash, card and bank transfers for your convenience, our card reader is cleaned before and after every transaction. Our safety precautions are extensive and not limited to the above.
